At this time we do not have outlets or stores.
CUPCAKES HEAVEN is an online store so all our cupcakes sales are done online.
We offer Freshly Made cupcakes thus we don’t stock any cupcakes. We only make cupcakes based on our customer order.
2. Are there any product examples or product display that can be seen directly?
Unfortunately no since we do not have outlets as we stated before but you can see our cupcakes gallery on flickr or in our Facebook page. All the cupcakes displayed in our gallery are cupcakes that we made for our customer.
3. Where is Cupcakes Heaven located?
We based in Bintaro,Jakarta.
Our Complete address will be given to customers who want pick their ordered cupcakes themselves at CupcakesHeaven. Address will be given after payment has been made.
4. How to order cupcakes from CUPCAKES HEAVEN?
You can order via email only but you can contact us first by phone or chat with us using Yahoo Messenger if you have any regarding our products.
If you’re ready to order you have to send your order details to our email. It is needed to ensure that we have all the details before we make your cupcakes. The email will also act as purchasing order for our customer and of course for us.
5. When is the best time to place my order?
It is best if you place your order 1 week before the expected delivery time. The longer before the expected delivery date is better.
For Wedding cupcakes we prefer if you order it 1 month before the wedding date.
Please remember that we don’t take or an imprompt order or any order that require us to deliver within one-day windows time.
6. Are there any minimum order rules?
Yes there are.

7. What kind of flavors you offer?
For cupcakes with 3D decoration we offer chocolate and vanilla flavors. The filling options are: chocolate chips, ganache chocolate, blueberry jam and strawberry jam.
For cupcakes that without 3D decoration: Minimum order is 12pcs
-Carrot cupcakes with cheese cream topping and a sprinkling of cheddar cheese
-Red velvet cupcakes with strawberry topping and decorated with strawberry
-Vanilla cupcakes with cheese cream filing with grated cheese topping and decorated with fresh fruit.
Double-choco with ganache swirl topping and decorated with fresh fruit
8. Can I order cupcakes with different flavors in one package?
If you order only meet our minimum order number you can only order one flavor but you can ask for two filings but if you order exceed our minimum order number then you can order for two flavors.
9. Can I order custom designed cupcakes?
Yes you can. As long as the design did not too complicated and we’ve confirmed that it can be done. Please contact us first before you make any payment if you order cupcaked with custom design.
10. Can I order a mix of fondant and buttercream design?
Yes you can but we suggest that the buttercream design is not ordered with 3D decoration.
11. How long is cupcakes expire time and where should I store it?
Cupcakes can last up to 3 days at normal room temperature.
It is better if you store your cupcakes in a room with air conditioner before the event to prevent the fondant getting wet.
If there are any leftover after the event you can store it in refrigerator.
12. Is it safe to eat the cupcakes decoration accessories?
Yes it is safe and edible. Fondant is made from icing sugar and the edible accessories are made from sugar paper. We also use foodgrade dyes which are safe for consumption.
13. How is the payment procedure?
Payment should be made via bank or ATM transfer. Currently we only have BCA account.
Payment should be made 1 week before delivery date.
For Wedding cupcakes and order above 50pcs we required that you made 50% down payment after you placed your order. The rest should be cleared 1 week before delivery date.
For now we don’t accept Cash on Delivery payment method.
14. Are the prices negotiable?
We are sorry but the prices are fixed.
14. Can I pick up the cupcakes myself?
Yes you can, please refer to point no. 3 if you want to pick your order yourself.
We also offer free delivery for selected area near Bintaro. Other than that we will charge you additional cost for delivery. Check the price list below for more details:
-In the city of Jakarta IDR 55.000
-Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang: IDR 65000 – 70000
-Bintaro, Rempoa and Pondok Indah free delivery charge,
Delivery will start at 10.00 AM until 7:00 PM
If you need the cupcakes for an event in early morning we suggest that you inquire the cupcakes to be delivered in the afternoon, one day before the event.
15. Can you deliver out of Jakarta?
Yes we can but for now we only accept delivery to Bogor and Bandung
- The delivery charge to Bogor is IDR 80000
- We use Xtrans service for delivery to Bandung. Customer from Bandung can pick up their package at Xtrans pool in Cihampelas or contact Xtrans if you want the package delivered to your home.
Xtrans rate is IDR 35000 for first kg. Additional package weight will be charged IDR 5000/kg
